Talking to several friends who had moved recently and knew many agents in the area, we kept hearing the name of Susan Bazinett. She was described as honest, straightforward, knew the market, had excellent insight, was highly experienced and would work extremely hard for her clients. From our first meeting and in all subsequent meetings with Susan, we were very impressed. We planned to move and then have the house touched up and readied for sale. We would be absent during this work and needed advice all the way along. Susan always gave us her clear assessment of what work needed to be done and she performed careful oversight. We have worked with Susan for the past four years. During this time, she has represented us as buyers and as sellers in four different completed transactions in Blackhawk. Our family has returned home to life in the Pacific Northwest, and wouldn't you know it - we have been unable to find a realtor who comes close to what Susan has to offer. We'll keep looking, but you don't have to.
